 It is possible to lose weight to certain extent in this lockown at home, and you dont have to ask for diet plan to the dietician and also dont need to do excercise much. 

So how it is possible? 

Well, there is a slower way , medium way, and a faster way. So without any doubt everyone wants to lose weight fast but there is a other side to it. The slower way will include less sacrifices and comparatively less efforts and vice versa.



In the slow process you have to cut calories and most of the calories comes from deserts or dairy products. So cut the deserts to half or or avoid consuming such food till you reach your goal. In India the non-vegetarian street food is comparatively better than vegetarian junk food because it contains more amount of protein. But if you look at the the vegetarian street food it contains only carbohydrates and fats. If you are vegetarian try eating paneer and start avoiding junk food which contains only carbs and fats. Paneer will atleast give you some amount of protein. But what you are  eating on the daily basis, you have to cut that habit to half so that your body will go in calorie deficit which will eventually help in losing weight.



In the medium process you have to play with carbohydartes. There are simple carbohydrates and complex carbohydrates. If you eat complex carbohydrates which can be brown rice, sweet potato, oats they will make you full throughout the day and you will end up eating small quantity as compared to simple carbs which are white rice, potato etc. But you have to consume complex carbs in the morning or afternon period so that it will make you feel full throughout the day.




Now in the fast process you have to sacrifice more and it will need more efforts. The fast process need more efforts because you have to do ketogenic diet or intermittent fasting and these diets will give you rapid result and you will observe major changes in the body. In ketogenic diet you have to avoid complete carbohydrates and you will need to include healthy fats. In intermittent fasting you have to fast for straight 12-14 hours and eat in the remaining hours.
