PROTEIN RICH BREAKFAST FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS

 Protein builds muscle, we all know that right?

But when you sleep at night for 8 hours straight, your body goes into a fasting mode that is why when you eat food in the morning its is known as breakfast. So generally, you have to break yor fast.

When you eat food in the morning its gets abosrbs quickly and the best thing to put in your body at that time is protein. So the protein will get absorb quickly by your body and will hep build muscle, which is necessary for students because when you are in college this is the best time to build some muscle, which will also make you more attractive.

When I was a student I had a hard time to build muscle because my body type is ectomorph, which means its hard for me to build muscle. But to gain muscle all you have to do is play with the macros which are protein, carbohydrates and fats.

All you need is:

3 whole eggs,

50-100gm chicken,

french beans or cabbage

corn,

red masala,

salt,

oregano,

oil,

soy sause.

Boil egg, chicken and french beans and cut the egg in pieces and toss shredded chicken, egg and french beans/cabbage in oil and add soy sause, mix it well then seasoned it with salt, red masala and oregano, mix wel and you are ready to go. With this breakfast your body will be getting around 43gm of protein plus fibre and good cholestrol. As a student there is no problem in eating whole eggs because it also contains good fats.

 It is possible to lose weight to certain extent in this lockown at home, and you dont have to ask for diet plan to the dietician and also dont need to do excercise much.  So how it is possible?  Well, there is a slower way , medium way, and a faster way. So without any doubt everyone wants to lose weight fast but there is a other side to it. The slower way will include less sacrifices and comparatively less efforts and vice versa. In the slow process you have to cut calories and most of the calories comes from deserts or dairy products. So cut the deserts to half or or avoid consuming such food till you reach your goal. But if you look at the the vegetarian street food it contains only carbohydrates and fats. If you are vegetarian try eating paneer and start avoiding junk food which contains only carbs and fats.
