CARDIO WORKOUT AT HOME WITHOUT EQUIPMENT..

 Cardiovascular excercises are basically aerobic excercises because of involvement of heavy breathing. During aerobic excercises there is movement of all the muscles because of which the breathing gets faster and eventually end up in deep breaths. The heart beat increases and eventually the amount of oxygen increases in the blood.

Cardio is anything that will make you sweat and which will increase your heart rate. It helps in burning off calories and also strengthens heart and lungs.

Cardio can be dancing, hiking, cycling, swimming, running etc which will eventually increase your breathing. But all these outdoor excercises are not possible in the house and that to without equipment.



Cardio workout is possible in the house and you will be requiring some space in the house and you are ready to go.

So lets break the ice, the workout is in the following and it will make you breathe heavier.

Warm up: Skipping rope/50 reps. This excercise can be perform with or without skipping rope. If there is no skipping rope you can just act like you have one and start doing.

Jumping jack- 50 reps.

Knee taps- 50 reps.

Skipping rope- 100 reps.

Spider man push ups- 12-15 reps.

Butt kicks- 50 reps.

Burpees- 12-15 reps.

Repeat this cycle for 3 times and rest for 20 seconds between the excercies and after one whole set you can rest for 2 minutes, but do not exceed the rest time, you have to maintain the heart rate.

To make it more intense you can increase the reps and the workout will get finish in 30 minutes.This workout can be perform twice a week. Do not over do the workout or else it will result in muscle loss. But if your goal is to lose weight then this workout can be done thrice a week.


Workouts like shadow boxing or workout with punching bag will also make you breathe heavy and after cardio workout gets over, stretch the muscles which are back, legs and calf that will help in recovery and also will feel relax.

After cardio session or intense workout endorphin hormone is released which will lift up your mood and and will also make you happy, that is the reason people go for a jog in the morning. At the other hand it will give you good quality sleep at night and will help you feel stress free.

So without any doubt everyone wants to lose weight fast but there is a other side to it. The slower way will include less sacrifices and comparatively less efforts and vice versa. In the slow process you have to cut calories and most of the calories comes from deserts or dairy products. So cut the deserts to half or or avoid consuming such food till you reach your goal. In India the non-vegetarian street food is comparatively better than vegetarian junk food because it contains more amount of protein.
